5 STEPS FOR LEAN MUSCLE MASS!
#STEP 1 – EAT FREQUENTLY:
Eat five to max eight times per day, about every 2 or 4 hours. Eating smaller portions more frequently
will keep your metabolism work on higher level.
#STEP 2 – EAT HIGH-PROTEIN FOOD
Protein is essential for cell repair and muscle growth. Be sure to get 2g Protein per kg of your bodyweight.
For example, if you weigh 80kg, you will need 160g of Protein. It will help your muscles to repair and to grow.
#STEP 3 – WEIGHT TRAINING
Workout three to six days per week. The calculation is easy, The more muscle you have, the more calories
you burn. By working out every day, you stay in the anabolic post workout state and it does help you to stay
muscular and lean.
#STEP 4 – CARDIO
Cardio helps you to burn your unused calories, stay lean and sexy. Whether it is high intensity or low intensity
cardio. Do your cardio after your weight training until you sweat.
#STEP 5 – SLEEP
Get your ass into your bed and sleep the s*** out ouf you. So you can kick ass tomorrow and continue with your
training. At least you need min. 8h of sleep.
