WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART AND EXERCISE FOR IT?
L.R.: I love to train shoulders and glutes. Needless to say i enjoy any exercise for them.
But ‘Glute Kickback’ and ‘Lateral Raises’ are very effective and my favorite for them.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CUTTING & CHEAT MEAL + DRINK?
L.R.: My all time favorites are definitely Sushi and Brownies. More clean eating wise,
i really like to try new mixtures for salads. Tuna always go well with it. I have my own
garden, so it’s even more amazing and fun to eat what i plant. To drink with meals tea
or water are my daily choice.
HOW DOES YOUR WORKOUT SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE?
L.R.: I train 6 days a week, 2 times per day. I either do Hot Yoga + Cardio or my
Weight-training split + Cardio later.
No Weight-training days, timing is Hot Yoga 90min class + Cardio around 45 min;
On Weight-training days, Cardio is 1 hour and half and the weight-training itself
usually takes 1 hour to 1 hour and half.
