Want shredded ABS for the SUMMER? Well, most of us do. A lot of people think they can just do
a lot of abs exercises every day to get amazing abs but that’s not how it works. DIET is everything.
Doesn’t matter how many hours you spend in the gym,if your diet is not on point you most likely won’t get the
results you want.
It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to stay shredded. It’s something you got to give “your everything to” AND
consistency is key! Many people give up too early because they don’t see any results right away, well Rome wasn’t
build in one day just keep pushing, you WILL get there!
Everything is possible if you put your mind to it, you just have to want it bad enough.
Nutrition is so important, along with cardio and weight training. To get lean you have to do all those three things.
Not just do hours and hours of cardio because that will only make you lose muscle. To get this amazing physique all
of us want you have to eat healthy, do cardio, and do weight training everyday but it is also important to not overtrain
and have 1 day complete rest per week.
-Eat 5-7 times a day it keeps your metabolism going faster and you burn more fat
-Do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach
-Do weight training at least 5x a week
-Eat healthy and Do abs exercises about 3-4 times a week but hit the abs from different
angles each time like upper/mid abs, lower abs, and the side
-Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day
-Do your abs exercises with weights and no weights, switch it up
-Don’t do to much cardio
-Don’t eat large portions
-Don’t always do the same exercises try to switch it up after few weeks
-Don’t use salt in your food, use mrs. Dash when cooking it’s salt free
-Don’t under eat
-Don’t have cheat days, only cheat meals once a week
