Its really hard work, especially as we age. I workout avidly-usually 6 days per week including; lifting, cardio, pilates, plyometrics, outdoor activities etc., I don’t do drugs, I don’t really drink-maybe a glass of wine or two about every 4-6 months. As for eating-this is were I really have to stay on point. I have hashimotos disease (a thryoid disorder) so if I didn’t live this way, I would most likely be obese.
